Responsibilities:
- Partners with Human Resource in all employee needs for WVNSG, VNSW, CCN and VNSW at Home following administrative direction.
- Prepares initial employee files, ensuring accuracy, compliance and confidentiality.
- Data entry into HCR, CHRC and other required documents in the initial employee file.
- Assess and tracks seminar and tuition reimbursement requests in departmental Excel spreadsheets.
- Process status changes in CHRC, HCR, and all benefit vendors, if applicable.
- Acts as Talent Partner for all non-clinical clerical and VNSW at Home positions, screening applicants, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, assists with HHATP candidate screenings, arranging HHATP classes in collaboration with VNSW at Home Educator and preparing both the candidate and the candidate file for on-boarding.
- Responds to requests for employment verifications and employee letter requests.
- Participates with and supports the Human Resource team in any and all organizational audits, projects, open enrollment, new employee orientation rotation and all other related changes or projects.
- Enters all new hire data into the ADP system and submits appropriate documents to payroll in a timely manner.
- Updates ADP system and files documents. Runs reports, distributes and provides regular status updates as requested.
- Generates reports/queries using reporting tools in ADP, HHA Exchange and departmental Excel spreadsheets.
- Participates with and supports the Human Resource team in any and all organizational audits, projects, open enrollment, new employee orientation rotation and all other related changes or projects.
- Answers employee questions and makes employee referral to other human resource team members as necessary ensuring a high level of service to the employee.
- Performs other HR related duties as required or directed by HR Manager.
- High School diploma is required, Associates degree preferred.
- Strong computer skills
- Demonstrated strong customer service skills
- Proven ability to engage in relationship building with employees to gain employee trust.
- Technical abilities to leverage technology and quick learner on all related systems.
