                      ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE, HOME CARE

VISTING NURSE SERVICES WESTCHESTER is the largest independent, not-for-profit, Medicare-certified home healthcare agency in the lower Hudson Valley Region. We are hiring an Account Executive in Home Healthcare to build relationships with providers, with the ultimate goal to generate patient referrals. Our mission is to promote and support the health and independence of residents through personalized home healthcare services.

Summary

We are seeking Account Executives to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving business growth and fostering relationships with clients. Your contributions will help us deliver exceptional healthcare services to our community. We are seeking someone that has selling experience in the same vertical (Hospitals, Physician Practices, Rehab Facilities, etc)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies for business growth within the home healthcare sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct negotiations to secure contracts and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for expansion.
  • Manage account portfolios effectively to maximize revenue.
  • Prepare reports on sales activities and performance metrics.
  • Participate in networking events to promote VNS Westchester's services.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in healthcare or related fields targeting providers to generate patient referrals.
  • Experience in selling to the provider market.(Hospitals, Physician practices, rehab facilities, nursing homes, etc.)
  • Home Health experience is strongly preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and business development skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze market data and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Leadership qualities with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.

Compensation:

The Base Salary range is between $75k and 82k, plus a Bonus Plan.
