If you have recently obtained your RN License in the past year. Visiting Nurse Service of Westchester has an innovative RN Homecare Residency program a structured transition - to - practice program for new graduates.

This program offers structured classroom, simulation, and field rotations. Graduates of this program gain clinical confidence, interdisciplinary collaboration skills, and career advancement opportunities.
